Looking to exchange or return an item you purchased from us? Our team is available to assist you through this process. We offer flexible returns & exchanges for items, as per the conditions below.
General
- Sale items are not eligible for exchanges and returns, unless there is a product defect. Exchanges are allowed for footwear size issues.
- Product exchange requests are subject to stock availability of the new item. Our team will advise you accordingly once you have submitted your request.
- All refunds for product returns will be given to you in Apex Cash, as store credit for you to use on your next order with us. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
- No exchanges or returns are accepted for wearable items, such as apparel, socks, and supporters, for hygiene reasons.
- All items exchanged/returned should remain in their original packaging, with tags (if any) and plastic wrapping (if any) intact. Items with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
Reasons for exchanges/returns
- Change of mind – exchanges/returns within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, subject to the above conditions
- Incorrect size – exchanges/returns within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, subject to the above conditions
- Defective/damaged product – exchanges/returns within fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase, subject to the above conditions

- Your name
- Your email address
- Your order ID
- Full picture of the item you wish to exchange/return
- (For exchanges) Item that you wish to exchange to
- (For defective/damaged items) Close-up picture of defect/damaged area
- Pictures of item packaging and parcel packaging
